These are the rules of Fatah, written plainly. Using the app means you agree to them.
what fatah is
A community app for girls: community circles, wellbeing tools, member-run rides, a member market, and expert sessions. Fatah is a place where members arrange things with each other; it is not a transportation company, a marketplace business, a licensed counseling service, or an emergency service.
be safe, offline first
rides and meetups
Rides and gatherings are arranged between members. Meet in public places, tell someone you trust, and use your own judgment about who you travel with. The safe walk reminder is a timer on your phone: it does not track you and does not alert anyone by itself.
not an emergency service
Nothing in Fatah replaces emergency services. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number first.
your account
- Be yourself: one account, your real identity inside the app, your real age.
- You are responsible for the content you post and the deals you make with other members.
- We may remove content or accounts that break these rules or the law.
member commerce
Listings, expert sessions, venues, and tickets are offered by members, not by Fatah. Card payments are currently on hold. You can browse, save, and message members. Fatah provides review tools but does not own, inspect, or warranty the items and services. Read descriptions carefully and use reports when something is wrong.
content
- No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, or illegal trade.
- No pretending to be someone else, and no scraping member data.
- Your posts stay yours; by posting you allow other members of your circle and the app to see them inside Fatah.
limits
Fatah is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Fatah is not liable for member-to-member interactions, offline meetings, or member-run services. Some consumer laws give you rights that cannot be limited; nothing here removes them.

هذه قواعد فتاة مكتوبة بلغة بسيطة. استخدامك للتطبيق يعني موافقتك عليها.
ما هي فتاة
تطبيق مجتمعي للفتيات: دوائر مجتمعية، أدوات عافية، مشاوير بين الأعضاء، سوق للأعضاء، وجلسات مع خبيرات. فتاة مكان تترتب فيه الأعضاء فيما بينهن؛ وليست شركة نقل، ولا سوقاً تجارياً، ولا خدمة إرشاد مرخصة، ولا خدمة طوارئ.
سلامتك أولاً
المشاوير واللقاءات
المشاوير والتجمعات تُرتب بين الأعضاء. تقابلي في أماكن عامة، وأخبري من تثقين بها، واستخدمي حكمكِ الخاص. تذكير المشوار الآمن مؤقت على هاتفك: لا يتتبعك ولا ينبه أحداً تلقائياً.
ليست خدمة طوارئ
لا شيء في فتاة يغني عن خدمات الطوارئ. إذا كنتِ في خطر، اتصلي برقم الطوارئ المحلي أولاً.
حسابك
- كوني نفسك: حساب واحد، هويتك الحقيقية داخل التطبيق.
- أنتِ مسؤولة عن ما تنشرينه وعن اتفاقاتك مع الأعضاء.
- يجوز لنا إزالة محتوى أو حسابات تخالف هذه القواعد أو القانون.
البيع والشراء بين الأعضاء
الإعلانات والجلسات والأماكن والتذاكر يقدمها الأعضاء وليست من فتاة. الدفع بالبطاقات متوقف حالياً. يمكنكِ التصفح والحفظ ومراسلة الأعضاء. توفر فتاة أدوات المراجعة ولا تملك المعروضات ولا تفحصها ولا تضمنها. اقرئي الوصف جيداً واستخدمي التبليغ عند أي مشكلة.
المحتوى
- لا مضايقة، لا كراهية، لا تهديدات، لا محتوى غير لائق، ولا تجارة غير قانونية.
- لا انتحال شخصيات، ولا جمع بيانات الأعضاء.
- منشوراتك ملكك؛ وبنشرها تسمحين لأعضاء دائرتك والتطبيق برؤيتها داخل فتاة.
الحدود
يقدم تطبيق فتاة كما هو. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، ليست فتاة مسؤولة عن التفاعلات بين الأعضاء أو اللقاءات أو الخدمات. بعض قوانين حماية المستهلك تمنحك حقوقاً لا يمكن تقييدها؛ لا شيء هنا يلغيها.
